I built this site to fulfill my requirement in Principles of Leadership Class #14. The Hedgehog Concept is from Jim Collin's book "Good to Great". One day I may actually put these ideas to use and develop an Aviation Education Web Site. It would be a source of information for pilots and aviation students worldwide.
